Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents to ensure you received the correct item(s).

If we shipped the wrong item:

Contact us at RETURNS to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will cover return shipping costs. Once the incorrect item is received, we will promptly ship the correct item to you at no additional charge.

If you ordered the wrong item:

RETURNS can assist with the following options:

  1. Keep the item for potential future use.
  2. Return it for a refund (you pay return shipping).
  3. Return it for the correct item (you pay return and replacement shipping, plus/minus any price difference).

If the item was received damaged:

Contact RETURNS immediately to request either store credit or a refund.

Important Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (unless received damaged).
  • All return/refund requests must be made within 5 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection upon return.
